Jonathan Salisbury

Jonathan has spent most of his time working in the arts.

Hailing from England, he was Artistic Director of three different performing arts centers in and around London, programming, producing and encouraging adventurous arts experiences with a focus on cultural diversity and community. 

​

In Los Angeles he developed, designed and delivered a busy arts program for the San Gabriel Mission Playhouse, presenting jazz, classical music, theater, dance events and multi-arts festivals.

​

Jonathan also worked extensively as an actor and director. His TV work includes Lucifer, 911 and NCIS and several independent films. He has directed over 30 stage productions including in The Mission Play Re-Imagined and Toypurina, both large-scale productions, which he co-wrote, exploring the history of Los Angeles.

He has played music all his life and is currently focused on composition, song writing and sound production. jonathansalisbury.info
